INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
1 egg beaten
1 tablespoon dry parsley
1/2 cup cubed light bread
4-5 strips bacon crumbled
6-7 teaspoons KYVAN Gourmet Steak & Hamburger Seasoning
Lettuce
Tomatoes (sliced)
cheese slices (pepper jack or cheddar)
4 Hamburger Buns
DIRECTIONS:
Cook bacon, drain, and crumble.
Mix all the ingredients, including bacon, in a bowl and form 4 patties.
Grill to your liking and serve on toasted hamburger buns with cheese, extra bacon slices (optional), lettuce and tomato slices.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound flank or sirloin steak
1 tablespoon KYVAN Gourmet Steak & Hamburger Seasoning
Assortment of vegetables: mushrooms, bell peppers, Onions

DIRECTIONS:
Season beef with KYVAN Gourmet Steak & Hamburger Seasoning and cut beef diagonally into thin strips about 1-inch wide.
Thread beef and vegetables onto 16 skewers.
Place on grill and cook 2-3 minutes on each side. Enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
5-6 oz ahi tuna steak
1 teaspoon KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Season whole tuna with chicken seasoning and black pepper.
Place oil and butter in skillet on high heat.
Once oil is hot, place tuna in skillet and sear on both sides for 30 sec to 1 minute each. Remove tuna from skillet and allow to cool a bit and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup instant grits
2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium pot, boil water, butter, and chicken cubes on medium heat.
Add grits and stir for 5 minutes.
Pour-in seasoning, cream, and cheese and stir until grits become creamy.
INGREDIENTS:
1 stick of butter
2 pounds of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6 green onions chopped

DIRECTIONS:
Refer to KYVAN Cheese Grits recipe for the grits.
On medium heat, cook shrimp in a pan for 3 minutes with butter.
Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and onions and cook 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Individually serve shrimp mixture on top of grits.
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 Salmon Filets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
DIRECTIONS:
Coat the bottom of a small glass cooking dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Place Salmon in cooking dish and take the other tablespoon of oil and coat each salmon fillet and season with pepper, rosemary, and chicken seasoning.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes
2 eggs (boiled, peeled, and chopped)
1/4 cup onions (diced)
1/4 cup celery (diced)
3/4 -1 cup mayo
3 teaspoons KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
Cut potatoes into quarters (do not peel) and boil until somewhat soft.
Remove potatoes from water and place in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the onions and other ingredients and stir.
Mix the potatoes and onion mixture together.
Chill for 2 hours and serve.
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 oz. bag precooked chicken breast strips
1 cup small shrimp, shelled and de-veined
2 teaspoons KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dry minced garlic
1 3/4 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan & Romano cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon dry parsley leaves
1-2 tablespoons white wine
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Boil fettuccine for 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat; drain.
In a large skillet, on medium heat, pour-in the olive oil and once hot, combine chicken and shrimp and cook 2 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle chicken seasoning, mince garlic, parsley, and pepper on chicken and shrimp. Add cream, wine, lemon juice, and spinach and cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
Add cheese when at desired consistency. Serve individually over noodles.

1 pound peeled, cooked, medium shrimp

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium green and/or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
8 flour tortillas
DIRECTIONS:
Season shrimp with KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning and set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat and add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes.
Add shrimp into skillet; cook and stir 3-4 minutes.
Spoon onto warmed tortillas. Serve with KYVAN Honey Apple Salsa.

makes 5
1 1/2 lbs 80% lean ground beef
1/2 cup of any Kyvan BBQ Sauce, divided
2 Tbsp Kyvan Dry Barbecue Rub
1 recipe Jalapeno Pimiento Cheese
10 cooked bacon slices
5 sturdy bakery-style hamburger buns, split & toasted on the grill
etc
lettuce * tomato * red onion * creole mustard

preheat the grill to 350 to 400 degrees
combine the ground beef, 1/4 cup Kyvan BBQ Sauce &
2 Tbsp Kyvan Dry Barbecue Rub in a large bowl
shape the beef mixture into 5 hamburger patties about 1/2-inch thick

grill the hamburger patties 4 to 5 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness
baste the patties the last few minutes w/ the remaining 1/4 cup Kyvan Sweet BBQ Sauce
grill the cut sides of the buns until grill marks appear

layer the burgers onto the bottom half of the buns
top each burger w/ a generous helping of cool
Jalapeno Pimiento Cheese & a couple of bacon slices
add additional toppings as desired.
