Return Policy

We offer an exchange if products are damaged when shipped. Pictures must be provided to serve as proof of any damages before an exchange is granted.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Priority Ground. Allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

All packages will be left on the recipient’s doorstep. No one has to be home to receive the package.

To guarantee timely delivery, we must have a proper and complete address. If needed, make sure to include any apartment number, suite number, floor number, company name, etc. Also, please provide a working phone number for the recipient. Again, please provide the correct shipping address. In the event we are timely notified of an incorrect address, the KYVAN staff will attempt to re-route the package. If the customer is responsible for providing an incorrect address and the package is unable to be delivered, the customer will be contacted and charged if a new box is to be re-shipped.

Due to an increase volume of orders during the holiday seasons, orders might be delayed.
