2 pounds ground beef
1 pack Lipton onion soup mix
1 14oz. can chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons KYVAN Mild Salsa
Combine all ingredients except chicken stock in a bowl.
Mix well then form 4 XLarge hamburger patties.
Place the patties in a cooking dish and pour all of chicken stock on top of hamburger steak patties.
Flatten the patties so that the hamburgers are almost submerged in the chicken stock.
Bake covered with aluminum foil at 400 degrees for 30-45 min.
