INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 egg white (gently beaten)
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dry onion chips
1/4 cup light bread (cubed)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon KYVAN Gourmet Steak & Hamburger Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
lettuce
tomatoes (sliced)
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 Wheat Hamburger Buns
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients together and form 4 patties.
Grill burgers according to your liking.
Serve on toasted buns with cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices.
