2 cups medium shrimp (precooked)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups pepper-onion mix (combination of chopped onions, red and green bell peppers)
1/4 teaspoon dry minced garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
16oz. jar KYVAN Mild Salsa
Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Heat olive oil and add pepper mix. Cook for 4-5 min.
Add shrimp and other seasonings and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
Warm tortillas and add desired amounts of shrimp mixture, salsa, and cheese.
