INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons canola oil
2-3 tablespoons Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
4 large eggs beaten
1 cup beansprouts (optional)
1/2 cup sliced green onions or dice regular onions
6 cups cooled cooked rice
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Heat wok to proper smoking point. Pour in 1 tablespoon of canola oil.
Toss in eggs and scramble until cooked.
Swirl remaining tablespoon oil in the wok over high heat.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry, keeping rice moving until heated through.
Add beansprouts & green onions. Stir for 1 minute.
Add salt and Sesame Sauce and stir-fry rice & vegetables until evenly coated.
