1 pound of large scallops
1/2 cup KYVAN™ Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Place scallops in a small bowl and pour sesame garlic sauce on top.
Cover and place in refrigerator for an hour to marinate.
Remove scallops from refrigerator after an hour and put olive oil in a skillet on high heat. Once oil is hot, place scallops in skillet and sear on both sides for 1 1/2 to 2 min each.
Remove from skillet and enjoy.
