5-6 oz. ahi tuna steak
1 teaspoon KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
Season whole tuna with chicken seasoning and black pepper.
Place oil and butter in skillet on high heat.
Once oil is hot, place tuna in skillet and sear on both sides for 30 sec to 1 minute each. Remove tuna from skillet and allow to cool a bit and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Drizzle Sesame Garlic
Sauce on top of tuna slices and serve.
