1 cup maple syrup
6 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
2-3 Salmon fillets
Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Then place salmon side by side in a small glass rectangular cooking dish.
Pour maple mixture on top of salmon so that salmon is submerged in mixture.
Cover the cooking dish and let salmon marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake the salmon (uncovered) for 35 min or until flaked with fork.
Take out of oven and let cool in the sauce for 5 minutes.
