12 pound turkey
1/2 cup KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
2 gallons peanut oil
Clean turkey and make sure turkey is TOTALLY thawed.
Pull out all the giblets, neck bone, and etc. from inside of turkey and cut the hole slightly bigger in the neck of turkey so that grease can flow through turkey when cooking.
Pat dry the turkey (inside and out) and then season turkey (inside and out and under the membrane) with chicken seasoning.
Cover turkey and let marinade overnight in refrigerator.
Pour grease in the fryer at the level specified on fryer.
Deep fry turkey at 375 degrees for 4-5 minutes per pound (12 pounds = 48 minutes).
