Head of Cabbage
3 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 green bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 large onion (chopped)
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Tabasco green pepper sauce (mild jalapeño)
1/2 teaspoon KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
Chop cabbage and put in a big pot along with other ingredients except pepper sauce and cook on medium-low heat for 45 min to 1 hour.
Five minutes before cabbages are done, add the pepper sauce and stir.
