1 dozen glazed doughnuts from grocery store bakery
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup fruit cocktail (undrained)
1 (14 oz) can eagle brand milk
1 tablespoon KYVAN Honey Apple Butter
1 stick of unsalted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Rum
(mix ingredients together & pour in a small cooking pot and heat. Use sauce as a topping for individual servings of bread pudding)
Pull-apart and cube doughnuts.
Place doughnuts in a bowl and pour other ingredients on top of doughnuts and let soak a few minutes.
Mix all ingredients together until doughnuts have soaked up all the liquids (may have to use hands).
Pour pudding in a grease baking dish and Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Serve and top individually with rum sauce.
