INGREDIENTS:
3 cups sliced, peeled, green apples
3 tablespoons KYVAN Honey Apple Butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Mix apple butter, brown sugar, butter, and apples together and pour in a greased cooking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix white sugar, flour, egg, and cinnamon in a bowl with a fork.
Sprinkle the flour mixture on top of apple mixture and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound loaf frozen white bread dough (thawed)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cloves
Icing:
1 stick of unsalted butter (melted)
2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 tablespoon KYVAN Honey Apple Butter
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, nuts, white sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.
Roll-out thawed dough on floured surface to about 12 X 9 in rectangular.
Brush the dough with some of the melted butter and then sprinkle nut mixture on top of dough leaving 1/2 inch border around dough’s
edges.
Roll-up the dough starting at one of the long sides similar to a jelly roll forming a log.
Pinch the seams to seal and cut the log into 7 equal-sized pieces.
Take some of the melted butter and coat a baking pan and place cinnamon rolls (cut side down) on the baking pan with adequate spacing.
Cover and allow rolls to sit out in room temperature for 30 minutes to allow them to puff-out. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
While rolls are baking, prepare the icing by mixing the icing ingredients.
After cinnamon rolls are done baking, coat them with remaining butter and drizzle desired amounts of icing on top. Enjoy.
Makes 6 {thick & fluffy} waffles
3/4 cup Kyvan Honey Apple Butter
1 cup whole buttermilk
6 Tbsp veg oil
2 large egg yolks
1 1/4 cup ap flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp sugar
Buttered Pecan-Maple Syrup
one
preheat an 8-inch waffle iron
whisk together the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl
whisk together the flour & next 4 ingredients in a large bowl
stir the buttermilk mixture into flour mixture just until blended

beat the egg whites & the sugar w/ a hand-held electric mixer
until stiff peaks form
fold the beaten egg whites into the batter

portion about 2/3 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased waffle iron
gently spread to the edges w/ a small off-set spatula
close the lid & cook 3 to 4 minutes or until the steam subsides
remove the waffle from iron & keep warm in a 200 degree oven
on a rack over a sheet pan

Buttered Pecan-Maple Syrup
makes about 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup toasted pecans
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup maple syrup
stir together the ingredients & drizzle over the waffles
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon KYVAN Honey Apple Butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapples (un-drained)
4 eggs (beaten)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup chopped nuts
1 container cream cheese frosting
DIRECTIONS:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
Add oil, pineapple, eggs, vanilla, and apple butter.
Mix well and then stir-in carrots and 3/4 cup nuts.
Spread batter evenly in a greased (9 in X 12 1/2 in) cooking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Let cake cool and spread frosting on cake. Lastly, sprinkle cake with remaining nuts.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup white sugar
4 tablespoons evaporated milk
2 teaspoons water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups of pecan halves
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon KYVAN Honey Apple Butter
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients except pecans in a cooking pot and boil for 3 minutes constantly stirring.
Then pour in the pecans and stir.
Remove the pecans from the pot and put them on wax paper and separate nuts.
Let cool and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
1 dozen glazed doughnuts from grocery store bakery
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup fruit cocktail (undrained)
1 (14 oz) can eagle brand milk
1 tablespoon KYVAN Honey Apple Butter
Sauce:
1 stick of unsalted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Rum
(mix ingredients together & pour in a small cooking pot and heat. Use sauce as a topping for individual servings of bread pudding)
DIRECTIONS:
Pull-apart and cube doughnuts.
Place doughnuts in a bowl and pour other ingredients on top of doughnuts and let soak a few minutes.
Mix all ingredients together until doughnuts have soaked up all the liquids (may have to use hands).
Pour pudding in a grease baking dish and Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Serve and top individually with rum sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs (boiled)
large green apple (peeled & cubed)
1/4 small onion (diced)
2-5oz. cans of tuna (drained)
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
4 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon KYVAN Honey Apple Butter
5 tablespoons salad dressing
DIRECTIONS:
Place the tuna in a bowl.
Peel and cut-up the boiled eggs and mix with the tuna.
Also mix-in the other ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
INGREDIENTS:
8 cups apple juice
3 tablespoons KYVAN Honey Apple Butter
2 tablespoons raisins
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick broken in half
1 tablespoon white sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all the ingredients except lemon juice in a pot and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Then stir in lemon juice and let simmer another 10 minutes.
Pour cider into mugs and place a cinnamon stick in each mug.
