Asian BBQ Shrimp and Chicken Scampi

Ingredients:

1 bottle KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
1 lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined
2 chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 cup red onion, sliced thinly
1 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 cup carrots, grated
2 teaspoons creole seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
extra virgin olive oil
1 lb linguine, cooked according to package directions
parsley and sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions:

Mix seasoning blend together and set aside.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to chicken and coat in half the seasoning blend.
In a separate bowl add shrimp and drizzle with a little olive oil and remaining seasonings.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, rinse in hot water, drain again, coat with olive oil and set aside.
In a large pan or wok add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat, add chicken and cook for about 5 minutes, add onion and carrots and cook 2 minutes more, add tomatoes and shrimp.
Cook for 5 minutes and add the bottle KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce, mix well and cook 5 more minutes.
Toss in pasta and mix well, cook until pasta is heated through.
Serve hot garnished with parsley and sesame seeds.

Orange Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 cups flour
4 cups cooking oil
sesame seeds to garnish
green onions to garnish

For the Orange Chicken Sauce:

1 bottle KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
2 cups orange Marmalade

Instructions:

Mix seasoning blend and set aside.
Place oil in a large, deep, pan and heat over medium to 350 degrees.
Add flour to a freezer bag and mix in 1 tablespoon of seasoning blend, set aside.
Rinse chicken pat dry, cut into 2 inch chunks and place into a large bowl.
Top chicken with remaining seasoning and egg, mix well.
Place chicken by batches into flour mixture and remove excess flour by tapping.
Place chicken into hot grease and cook about 8-10 minutes.
Drain chicken on paper napkin and repeat until all the nuggets are cooked.
To Prepare Orange Chicken Sauce:
Place all sauce ingredients into a sauce pan, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes.

To Assemble:
Place chicken into a large bowl, coat with sauce, serve immediately, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

Ingredients

1 bottle Kyvan Foods Honey Apple Salsa
1 bottle Kyvan Foods Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup Asian panko bread crumbs
2 teaspoons of creole seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
extra virgin olive oil
green onion and sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions

Add ground turkey to a large bowl, add spices, egg, bread crumbs, 1 cup of salsa and 1/2 cup bbq sauce.
Mix well.
Using a cookie scoop or your hands form into golf ball size meatballs and set aside.
Add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a large skillet.
Fry meatballs in batches on both sides for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Don’t overcrowd pan and add more oil if needed.
Mix remaining BBQ sauce and salsa together.
Drain oil from skillet, add meatballs back to pan and cover with sauce mixture.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until meatballs are cooked.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve as an appetizer for with hot rice and sauteed veggies.

KYVAN™ Sesame Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. jumbo shrimp
1 cup KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch fresh cilantro (chopped)

DIRECTIONS:
Season shrimp with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for up to an hour.
Cook shrimp on grill set to medium high heat; 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from grill and in a large bowl combine with
Sesame Sauce and toss thoroughly.
Sprinkle with chopped, fresh cilantro and serve.
Enjoy with fresh vegetables and rice!

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons canola oil
2-3 tablespoons Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
4 large eggs beaten
1 cup beansprouts (optional)
1/2 cup sliced green onions or dice regular onions
6 cups cooled cooked rice
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Heat wok to proper smoking point. Pour in 1 tablespoon of canola oil.
Toss in eggs and scramble until cooked.
Swirl remaining tablespoon oil in the wok over high heat.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry, keeping rice moving until heated through.
Add beansprouts & green onions. Stir for 1 minute.
Add salt and Sesame Sauce and stir-fry rice & vegetables until evenly coated.
Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
1 pound flank or sirloin steak
1 tablespoon KYVAN Gourmet Steak & Hamburger Seasoning
Assortment of vegetables: mushrooms, bell peppers, Onions
16 skewers

DIRECTIONS:
Season beef with KYVAN Gourmet Steak & Hamburger Seasoning and cut beef diagonally into thin strips about 1-inch wide.
Thread beef and vegetables onto 16 skewers.
Place on grill and cook 2-3 minutes on each side brushing with Sesame Garlic Sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
4 (1/2 inch thick) pork chops
salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper to your liking.
Place the olive oil in frying pan on high heat and cook chops 2 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side.
Remove from frying pan and place chops in glass baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Coat the chops (top and bottom) with desired amounts of KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce and bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

1/2 cup KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
4 cups diced cooked chicken
6 cups mixed salad greens
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 small cucumber, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium yellow bell peppers, sliced
1 cup colorful tortilla strips (optional)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
TOSS chicken with KYVAN™ Sesame Garlic BBQ sauce.
Combine lettuce, onions, cucumbers, peppers, cheese, and desired amount of ranch dressing together in a large bowl.
Toss and serve salad in individual salad plates and top each salad with tortilla strips and BBQ chicken.

KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Fry wings until crisp.
Place 15 wings in a bowl and pour-in 1/2 cup of Sesame Garlic Sauce.
Place a lid on the bowl and shake until wings are covered with the sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
5-6 oz ahi tuna steak
1 teaspoon KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Season whole tuna with chicken seasoning and black pepper.
Place oil and butter in skillet on high heat.
Once oil is hot, place tuna in skillet and sear on both sides for 30 sec to 1 minute each. Remove tuna from skillet and allow to cool a bit and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Drizzle Sesame Garlic
Sauce on top of tuna slices and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound of spinach leaves (chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 small onion (diced)
2-3 tablespoons KYVAN Sesame GARLIC BBQ Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Pour oil in a skillet on medium heat.
Once hot, add onions and sauté until soft.
Add spinach and cook until spinach withers.
Add sesame sauce and cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat and enjoy.

1 frozen 10 oz bag of “Steamables” Edamame (in the pod)
1/4 cup KYVAN Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Microwave edamame according to directions on label or simply boil edamame until done. Once done, place edamame in a bowl and cover with sauce.
Put a lid on the bowl and shake until sauce totally covers edamame.
Remove lid and enjoy.

1 pound of large scallops
1/2 cup KYVAN™ Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil

DIRECTIONS:
Place scallops in a small bowl and pour sesame garlic sauce on top.
Cover and place in refrigerator for an hour to marinate.
Remove scallops from refrigerator after an hour and put olive oil in a skillet on high heat. Once oil is hot, place scallops in skillet and sear on both sides for 1 1/2 to 2 min each.
Remove from skillet and enjoy.

2 cup Sesame Garlic BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Honey
1 large bag of frozen meatballs(thawed)

DIRECTIONS:
Combine Sesame Garlic Sauce, Worcestershire and honey in large crock pot and stir.
Pour in meatballs and cook on low for 1hr-1hr 30 minutes. Enjoy!
