8 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 oz. bag precooked chicken breast strips
1 cup small shrimp, shelled and de-veined
2 teaspoons KYVAN Savory Chicken Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dry minced garlic
1 3/4 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan & Romano cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon dry parsley leaves
1-2 tablespoons white wine
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves chopped
Boil fettuccine for 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat; drain.
In a large skillet, on medium heat, pour-in the olive oil and once hot, combine chicken and shrimp and cook 2 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle chicken seasoning, mince garlic, parsley, and pepper on chicken and shrimp. Add cream, wine, lemon juice, and spinach and cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
Add cheese when at desired consistency. Serve individually over noodles.
